David Chapman Agency is a corporation that provides insurance products to individuals and business in the State of Maine. In the course of providing these services we may obtain private information about our prospects and clients. We are committed to protecting the security and privacy of all concerned in these inquiries, including former clients.

1.) obtain the insurance services you have requested from us and,
2.) to market our products and services to you.

We do provide some of this information to the underwriters at various insurance companies, as well as the claims, billing or audit departments as it is necessary to provide and/or service the insurance or insurance requests you have entrusted us with.

We do not share your information with any other affiliates and we do not share your information with any other firms or marketing agencies. We do not sell lists of clients or former clients to anyone. Our employees are trained to understand the personal nature of the information you provide us and have agreed to maintain its confidentiality.
